The Inception of MV1H
Dear friends and investors,
Since its inception, MV1H has had big dreams, which step-by-step are turning into reality. Our journey started in 2021, as our passion for business and innovation brought us together to kick start the venture. MV1H bootstrapped its very first funding by sparking the interest of entrepreneurs, investors and friends. We’re incredibly excited by the connections made with our portfolio companies, investors and the broader network we’ve been introduced to.
MV1H firmly believes in the development of the third generation of the internet, web3, and in the value proposition of the crypto assets/blockchain ventures, which will continue to disrupt many industries. MV1H’s mission is to become the first player in the Italian ecosystem to allow investors the possibility of allocating capital into crypto assets. Furthermore, MV1H believes that security tokens will represent the future of equity shares and will guarantee investors direct access to ownership/governance rights. The experience the MV1H team will gain throughout the coming years, will present the opportunity of expanding the ventures offering and become a key player in the tokenizing security market.
MV1H utilized its first round of capital to develop a ‘prototype’ investment vehicle and build a track record. Such will allow the team to secure secondary investments and deliver its vision to scale into becoming a full-time operating VC in the blockchain space. To date, we have focused our time and efforts developing the necessary documentation and evaluation systems required to manage larger investments. Additionally, we continue to research and refine our investment methodology to optimize the portfolio’s risk/reward ratio.
As of today, MV1H holds equity investments in Reasoned Art (seed) and Impossible (pre-seed).
